Quick hello.

I know I've been neglecting you of late, Gentle Reader -- it's because I've got a lot going on, work-wise.

Things are slowly coming off. I'm down to 244.4 lbs, so I've lost 9 from the highest point I reached after regaining. I have hungry moments (like yesterday, when I found myself ploughing through about ten flexpoints), but for the most part, I'm doing okay. Still not enough water into me, but that's normal.

Anyway, I'll try to write more later.
