... I feel ill this morning. Last week I was certain the Big Mac would be what sent my body into "what is this CRAP?"-type-shock, but nope. It took the Chinese buffet to do it. Things are feeling a little -- unstable -- at the moment. On the plus side, Mr. Gallbladder seems to be dealing with it just fine, so he can't be too bad off these days.
I had a feeling yesterday -- when I couldn't finish the second plate because I was feeling icky -- that my lesson would finally be learned. I've learned it and am now ready to move forward again.
