Hole in my head no longer.

So I trotted off to Dr. Munchkin and am all fixed up. I should mention that my mouth is a dentist's nightmare. I have teeny little teeth and they're all REALLY close together. Today's adventure involved actually using a wedge to create enough space to get the filling-form-thing wrapped around my tooth. Fortunately, Dr. Munchkin has a similar set of teeth and knew what she was in for! When I felt the freezing start to come out, and hubby informed me our Tylenol at home was expired, I anticipated trouble and went to bed.

Needless to say, today has not been a stellar dietary effort, as my jaw does NOT want to play with raw fruits and vegetables, and the water has not been drunk. I got some protein from my soy hot dogs (with enough ketchup, all things are possible), sacrificed my sodium level to the Lean Cuisine god for two fruit/vegetable boxes, ate a thing of applesauce for one, and drank 2 cups of fruit juice for the remaining two. Drank my milk, and then my olive oil (from the measuring spoon -- not recommended, but effective). I still have 2.5 points left, so there's a peanut butter cup with my name on it.

In short, I got everything but the water in today, plus a reconstructive filling. I have new Tylenol, so I can deal with the left-over ache.

All things considered, that's not too bad.
