First ten down! Woohoo!

I feel great this morning. Not "tear out the front door and run a marathon" great, but great just the same! Things are moving along nicely. I am really starting to think that I was right about the Diet Pepsi withdrawal throwing a monkeywrench into the works.

I told my husband last night that I wanted to go to McDonald's for a treat. He frowned but took me anyway, and then was somewhat surprised when he saw me get into the car with a salad bag. "These are vegetables I didn't have to cut up myself," I explained. "That is a treat."

While out, I also bought a yoga ball last night. My original thinking was to use it as a chair while I'm at the computer, but it's too small. (If you're ever looking at the shelf of them and wondering the difference between the $8.99 ball and the $24.99 ball, I suspect size might be a big part of it.) Blowing it up was an exercise in and of itself, though, and I'm going to try out the exercises that came with it. Just not when anyone is around, as I suspect it might look rather comical until I get my bearings! :)
