Weight loss efforts have not been stellar, as you might imagine. Between the loss of appetite and the fatigue, I just didn't feel like eating much, and the only real activity I got was walking to the computer. There were at least three nights that I went to bed without having eaten all of my points, and often I wouldn't eat anything until noon or later. Needless to say, my metabolism is a little messed up right now. My weight went up 1.2 lbs, then stayed the same all week until I met with Frank this morning and saw that we'd hit a new low.
I've been keeping track of my food intake on the computer, but not in the paper journals, and haven't been getting in all of my veggies, oils, milks, etc. Water intake has been almost non-existent. To further mess things up, I'm not going to be able to go to WW tomorrow morning because we have to leave too early to drive 4.5 hours to a meeting in Nova Scotia.
But I'm slowly getting back on track. Yesterday I forced myself to eat breakfast and to get in everything I was supposed to. Here is my reward.
