Even though I was born on a Thursday, I don't like Thursdays much these days. Second Thursday in a row, there's a little bobble on the scale -- up 1.2 lbs. I suspect the Doritos and their sodium content are to blame. No worries -- I'm sure I can shake it before long, and unless something completely unheard of happens, I should get that 5-lb star at WW on Saturday, anyway, so all is a-okay.
Because not everyone I know is a member of Blogger, I have changed the comments setting on this blog so that anyone can comment, providing they are human (not a spambot) and can type in a code. I discovered yesterday, much to my delight, that an international father-daughter team has been watching my progress, and I got such a boost from that! Thanks so much, folks! :)
Well, time to go fill that water bottle and get the day started!
