The Battle of the Greasy Spuds.

I want a t-shirt: "I Survived Hubby's Late-Night French Fries".

To be fair to Hubby, he did buy the little skinny ones that he knows I don't like. And he did try to close my office door so that I couldn't smell them as much and so that I didn't see them. But for some reason last night, I had a battle on my hands -- the Eating Machine was primed and wanted to be let loose.

Not willing to give in, I fed it 6 mini pitas drizzled with the 2 tsp. of olive oil I'd forgotten to eat earlier, plus 2 stalks of celery. Then I told it to shut up and leave me alone.

I like the flex-points because the new system basically does what I used to do -- aim for the middle of the range and try to bank the rest. Instead of a range, you get the number that would be the middle, and you get an automatic bank to draw from. It was nice having those points sitting there last night when the Eating Machine attacked, but I think today I'm going to try to stay away from them as much as possible. As long as I've gotten in all of my milk, veggies, and oil, then I'm going to try not to withdraw from the flexpoints so that I have some left towards the end of the week when I am more likely to really need them.

Scale Report: Down 2.2 since joining WW the day before yesterday. Even though I know it's just water-weight, I'm still happy to see it go.
